YOU CAN HELP THE ENVIRONMENT
Respect the natural resources and help to maintain the environment. Some advice:

Pay attention to signs and respect the areas whose access is forbidden, especially at nesting time (from February to August, both included).

Try to stay along the roads and paths, itineraries and in the watching towers for bird-watching and photography. Avoid entering the natural spaces.

Use your binoculars to watch the animals from a prudential distance so as not to disturb them.

Leave the environment as clean as you found it. Pick up the litter you have made and use the litter bins.

In the natural reservations no one can disturb, destroy, or pick any animal or plant, either death or alive.

Dogs without a lead frighten birds and are banished in natural reservations.

Avoid camping in banished areas or sleeping in the watching towers for bird-watching.

Park your car in the parking spaces provided or near the roads, in wide places where will not disturb.

You can warn, kindly, the people who do not respect the basic rules, especially those who enter banished spaces.

Avoid touching dead animals, for hygiene. If you think it is an endangered specie, dead by weird reasons, or that it is a harmed animal, warn the rural guards. Tel. (0034) 977 70 62 61.

It is important to take the information of the ringed birds that you find dead and send it to oficina.anillas@dgcn.mma.es or to the head office of the Natural Park that you are visiting.

If you see serious anomalies, dead animals, illegal hunting, fires, etc., warn the rural guards: Tel. (0034) 977 70 62 61 or Seprona (Service for the protection of environment) Tel. (0034) 977 50 01 08.
