Terres de l'Ebre make the delights to lovers of sailing. The mild sunny weather is complemented with very appraised winds by those who practise this sport. In winter the Mestral winds dominate - from the northwest, with strong gusts along this stretch of the Ebro river - and in the summer, the sea breezes. What in other places could become a problem, here it becomes an entertainment, since the two bays that the Delta forms reduce the waves and allow to sail safely, at the same time that the sails use all the strength of the wind. This is why sportsmen and women from other regions come very often here for the practice of sailing.
