Jornades Gastronòmiques de la Cuina Cajun, Tortosa

They take place during the 1st week in July. The Tortosa restorers' Association "Plat i Got" organises the gastronomic days Cajún during the Jazz Festival; a dish merger between the traditional cuisine of Terres de l'Ebre and the gastronomy of the city of New Orleans. A delicate miscellany of familiar and exotic flavours difficult to find along the Catalan geography.
