Corassons
Ingredients:
½ Kg butter.
Lemon.
400 gm. sugar.
1 Kg flour.
2 entire eggs.
Preparation: Mix all the ingredients except the flour, which we will be adding slowly until we get a compact mass. We extend the mass on the kitchen marble until it is a finger thick. With the different molds we will cut the pasta and will put it in a tray, previously smeared with oil, in a warm oven. Once out of the oven we will sweeten them.
