Paella Marinera
Ingredients:
400 g rice.
1 litre of fishbroth.
2 cuttlefish,
400 g clams,
250 g mussels,
8 prawns,
half an onion,
half red pepper,
1 tomato,
100 g peas,
1 garlic,
Paprika,
saffron,
salt,
Olive oil.
Preparation:
Clean and cut the cuttlefish. Fry the onion, the pepper, the tomato the garlic (chopped) and the peas with olive oil in a pan. Add the cuttlefish (already in pieces) and you should also fry it slightly. Later, add the shellfish and the rice. Fry the rice for a few minutes and add the fish broth , a bit of salt, the saffron and the paprika. Let it cook for about 15 minutes and serve it a bit later.
